Abobe Pro 2020 started prompting users with a Sign in before they can save a document

It just started this week and its affecting multiple devices with perpetual licenses. How can I disable the prompt???

Checked for Adobe updates

Ran a repair of Abobe

Unistall\Reintall Abobe.
