I can still login adobe website, and customer service asked me to try forum because they do not answer adobe reader questions.

the program shown in your screenshots is acrobat, not acrobat reader.

reader is free and acrobat is not free.

have you paid for an acrobat license or are you paying for an acrobat subscription?

Actually, the program in the screen shots has windows whose TITLE says it is Acrobat Reader...

Hmm, I guess the key question is: what do you click to get this message? Is it Sign in on the top line, or one of the tools at the right?
