Access Denied

No one with access to the account can login to Adobe Acrobat on any browser. The following error message comes up: -

Access Denied

You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access.

 

I have contacted my IT team who cannot fix the issue as it is an issue with Adobe. 

 

Bit ridiculous when you cannot use a service that you pay for monthly. 

 

please offer suggestions to fic the isue in the immediate short term

Sounds like the plan may have expired. Did your IT admin renew the plan before it expired?

IT dept should submit a service request from their admin console. See below for more details.
