Hi,

for two weeks (!!!!) now I try to get a problem solved by Adobe. So far no help from them. After chatting with someone for some time, they say, the have to connect me with a specialist and that is the end of the chat. Here is the problem:

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat on my Mac-Desktop. When I try to send a document off for e-signature I cannot do it. I upload the document, I add the e-mail-signers. When I click "Specify where to sign" I get this. Can somebody from the community please be so kind and help me?
Thank you.
Inge

Hi Inge5EE1,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try to sign out of the application and reboot the machine once.

Also, try sending documents via the Acrobat Online account. Open the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.

Then go to the E-sign tab and select request signature.

Let us know if you get any error messages.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
