Hello.
I am working in Acrobat Pro on a multipage document that was created with inDesign 2023.
I am preparing the file for accessibility for screen-reading devices.
As I adjust the reading order, some items disappear. Usually these elements are on a color background. Oddly, though, the color block doesn't appear as an element in the reading order.
Looking for guidance on how to stop this from happening? Or a work around? I don't want to turn the text into outlines in the original InDesign file since then, the text won't be readable on-screen anymore.
