I'm running on Mac 10.11.6 El Capitan

At one point looking at the logs I found the line that roughly says, that a process/service requires the MAc OSX to br at least 0.12 but is instead being run.

Is it a case of the last uninstall being not clean or as it seems to be the most obvious, this Acrobat Reader DC required 10.12 and I installed it earlier and realized something was wrong, hence unistalled and didn't do it right? And the problem remained.  Should upgrading to OS X 10.12 the only way that should work?

A similar problem with CC is here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/accfindersync-keeps-crashing-since-update-cc-app/m-p/1178681...

I tried sampling the ReportCrash logs with this header:

Process: ReportCrash [97770]
Path: /System/Library/CoreServices/ReportCrash
Load Address: 0x104ebb000
Identifier: ReportCrash
Version: 718
Code Type: X86-64
Parent Process: ??? [1]

OS Version: Mac OS X 10.11.6 (15G22010)
Report Version: 7
Analysis Tool: /usr/bin/sample

As expected it pukes out an inordinately large call graph, where CoreFoundation gets mentioned repeatedly. A sample of that sample is as follows:
