Hello,
We have a user whose last name was changed, when we changed their work email on O365, they then went ahead and registered the new work email on adobe before we reassigned their licensed proplery on the backend which we did this last week.
Now when they sign in, it says their adobe account doesn't have a license even though on the backend it was assigned to their account and I think my account manger just renamed their previous adobe name into their new, leading to the confliction.
I'm hoping to get some instructions on how to clear this up? I've already uninstalled all adobe, reinstalled, sign out, sign back in and password reset, nothing worked.
