Account verification loop

Dear community professionals!

We`ve bught a license to use Adobe Pro 2020.

After login - last week - we are able to use this product once. After retry, we can`t login to our account vià Adobe Pro 2020 signin. 

Messeage: Please verify your account. --> So we get an verification E-Mail and number. After typing in, this code verification starts from the beginning.

Now: Account is locked because of too many retries.

Already tested:

Deleted: 

       C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

       C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Adobe

--> Pogram reinstallation

...... same effect.

Any ideas?

I may be wrong, but you shouldn't have to sign in again to use the app with perpetual license.
