Acroba DC no se instala

Adobe Acrobat DC se estrellaba (crash) a menudo y he decidido desinstalarlo e instalar de nuevo.

Después de desinstalar no se instala correctamente.

Desde el panel Creative Cloud hace todo el proceso de instalación, recibo notificación de que se ha instalado pero la Acrobat DC no aparece como disponible. Aparece como "instalar".

He reiniciado el ordenador varias veces sin éxito.

También he pasado Acrobat Cleaner sin éxito.

Entorno Mac OS 10.14.6 

He recogido y enviado el log:

AdobeLogs_20220711_152801_980-mac-GS.zxp (enviado correctamente a Adobe)

Adjunto screenshot donde se ve el software instalado, el panel CreativeCloud y la notificación conforme se ha instalado Acrobat DC (falso).

Espero ayuda, no sé qué más hacer.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and check if that helps.
