Hello,

we want to install Acrobat 2015 DC on a new Computer (old is crashed). Serial Number is valid but installer says, there are too many devices registered. I have to deregister software first.

Unfortunately I can't deregister on old Computer as it is not available.

In my account serial number is shown under products but under activated devices, there is no computer listed.

I think only Adobe can deregister software on the old device.

Any help?

Yes, only Adobe can do this. WARNING: Adobe will NOT contact you. If anyone contacts you, they are a scammer !

Actually, in modern versions of Acrobat you can do it yourself via the website. I'm not sure if it's available for the 2015 version, though.

To contact Adobe use one of the following methods:

Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
(type "Agent" to chat with a real person)
Phone support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
There's no email support.

Thanks for your answer. I contacted Adobe via Chat and the employee resetted all clients. Now I can use Adobe DC again.
