Acrobat 2017 - PDFs opening unformatted

New Here ,

I am running 2017 locally on Windows 10.  Recently I started having a problem where PDFs always open unformatted. The only way I have found to apply the formatting is to click the Print button, then dismiss the Print dialog without actually printing. When I click print Acrobat applies the formatting, but if I close the document and then reopen it the formatting is missing again. I probably changed a setting inadvertantly, but I cannot figure out what or how to change it back to automatically applying the formatting.

I resolved this issue. Under Edit>Preferences>Accessibility I had "Always use Zoom Setting" set to "Reflow." When I changed it to "100%" or disabled that option the problem went away.
