When double clicking a .pdf file, Acrobat 2017 is launched and I need to log in into my account.
After that, a window appears that 7 days are remaining before I need to purchase the software.
I click on the [Start Trial] button.
I believed that Acrobat would be activated in the background. However, whilst I am logged in with my Adobe login (displayed under Help within Acrobat), at the bottom it says.
Does anyone out there has an answer on:
Q1: How to re-activate the product?
Q2: How to avoid this from happening again?
Thanks!
Later:
Acrobat repair, issue still remains
Acrobat update (no updates found), issue still remains
Re-install doesn't work either
Incredible...
