Acrobat 2020 pro / Formular Feld eMail prüfen

hello

ich habe ein Formular, welche am PC ausgefüllt werden soll.

Nun möchte ich, dass das Feld  'email-Adresse' geprüft wird.

Ich finde jedoch keine Möglichkeit.

Im Format kann ich SPEZIAL wählen und habe auch schon ein paar REGEX Sachen ausprobiert.

Hat da jemand Erfahrung?

oder evtl. ein Java-Script?
