I just bought through my schools bookstore.  When I try to sign in it gives me and error of:

Try to remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Relaunch the machine and then reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

So I uninstalled, downloaded the 64 bit cleaner and less than 5 seconds after starting it goes to

 

(NOT RESPONDING)

 

So the cleaner is useless? Now what?

Could you please confirm if you are using any other Adobe application on your machine?

Or did you previously install any other version of the application?

 

Try to create a new user account on your machine and install Acrobat 2020.

Check if you get the same error message.

I think I signed up for Cloud but I really don't need it since I don't use photoshop and don't have photoshop.

 

Don't I have to use the same email as used when purchasing the product? I mean I can create a new email and see if that works
