Hello,
I have been using adobe Acrobat 9 Pro for a number of years with no problems. Suddenly, every time I launch it now (after asking for my admin password) it opens a software set-up dialog box that asks me to enter my serial number. The only serial number I have, or remember using for this, is the one that came on my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design premium package. However it is telling me that the serial number is not valid. I really need to use this application.
I hope someone can help.
I am using a quad-core Early 2008 Mac Pro, running OS X Yosemite.
Thanks!
Dave

there was a separate serial number for your acrobat 9.
you can check your account for that number, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
if it's installed and activated on another computer, you can recover the serial number
