Hallo, ich versuche mein Acrobat 9 Pro auf meinem Windows 10 PC zu installieren. Habe auch die neue Version deinstalliert, dass es funktioniert. Jetzt fragt er mich beim öffnen des Programms ständig nach einer älteren Version, da ich angeblich nur ein upgrade habe. Aber logischerweise habe ich natürlich keine ältere Version auf meinem win 10 PC. Wie kann ich das Problem löden und mein acrobat 9 pro nutzen?

You don't have to install the older version, but you do have to know its serial number. Without it you can't use your upgrade license. I hope you also know that Acrobat 9 is an extremely old version, not officially compatible with Windows 10, or any other current OS version, so problems are to be expected, even if you do manage to get it running.
To increase the chances of it working properly make sure you have all updates installed and run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows Vista.

Wie @try67 sagt, braucht man nur die Seriennummer der früheren Version, da es sich um ein Upgrade handelt. Der virtuelle Printer wird nicht funktionieren, da Microsoft für Windows 10 das Interface zum Printer geändert hat. Eventuell wird es auch noch andere Probleme geben.
