Hello, I am not able to change this "access name" how do I do it?

Is this an enterprise setup, or does the IT team manage the profile? You can change the identities only if you are the admin. Else, this setting would be greyed out.

The profile and email used to setup this Acrobat installation on your computer has the right to change it.
