Acrobat adding small number to the front of headings when converting word to pdf (#B)

Can someone help me figure out why this is happening or does anyone have a fix? This number does NOT exist (at least in anyway that I can tell) in my Word document.

Thanks for reporting. Interesting, can you please share this file for us to debug. Also,  i guess the issue is happening on a particular file only and not all cases.

I was working on templates when I came across this. It seems to have been happening in instances where headings were inside of tables. Reformatting to pull headings out of tables seemed to fix the problem.
