Acrobat and iManage

When I open a pdf from iManage, the file name is displayed as the Document Number. Is there any way to show it as the iManage description?  Whenever I need to email the file, the attachment name shows document number and is confusing to the receipient.

Ask the iManage support/user forum. This does not look like an Acrobat problem.
