Acrobat cannot convert PDF to JPEG

Hi, I used to convert with ease, using any program, to convert from PDF to jpeg. Now Adobe says I have to download newer version or reader.

I've literally downloaded it 20 times. When I click on install, it disappears. I simply can't get anything to convert my PDF's as of today.

Frustrated. Please help.
