Acrobat closes when creating from scanner

Community Beginner ,
Feb 17, 2025 Feb 17, 2025

Every time I create from scanner, all pages scan and Acrobat closes before processing the pages. Since this is 99% of the purpose I have Adobe CC and this is 80% of my job, this is obviously a HUGE problem. My productivity is at a complete stand still and I have already lost 2 days installing updates to try and fix this problem. This occurs when scanning one or both sides, one page or multiple pages. Scanner drivers, Windows, and Acrobat are up-to-date.

@pamelam1231 I would look to see if there is an update scanner driver or firmware to that scanner and install that on your computer. I know my Epson scanner, it gets regular updates, and I have to install it. Try that out. Another thing you could try fter the update, is reset the whole scanner (not knowing if it's a printer / scanner).
