Acrobat closing on open

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat.  When I open it says i'm not signed in and won't let me sign in. When I run Acrobat Distiller it pops up with this and does not allow me to contact support.

If you are using an IT-managed machine please reach out to your IT team. 

Also, let us know the OS name and version and Acrobat version you were trying to install.
