I am using the latest version of Acrobat Pro. I frequenbtly use sleep mode on Windows with Acrobat open and I am finding that Acrobat begins altering/corrupting documents that I leave open during sleep mode. I am not sure sleep mode is the cause of corruption, but thought I would check here to see if anyone can provide more information on the problem.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind elaborating a bit more about Acrobat altering/corrupting documents? Please share the screenshot of the document before leaving the machine to sleep mode and after waking it up, for a better understanding.

I this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 installed. Go to Help >Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu and check.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

Regards

Amal
