Acrobat could not run the web browser. Unknown Error (123)

 I get a link that goes to specific webinar invites thats in the document as a hyperlink.

Got this error after update, ive done everything imaginable to clear the error; reinstalled, repair, cleared cache, reset browser settings, ran all OS/Hardware/Browser updates, checked and disabled/reenabled extentions, turned off hardware accelleration, added the site as trusted in adobe, turned off enhanced security settings and sandbox

Issue is i have to use chrome, thats the only thing i can use for mthe software i use; the link opens in firefox, it also launches in edge; but i NEED it to work on Chrome.
