Acrobat crashes with large construction documents

Acrobat crashes when i am trying to view large construction documents (30mb).  These documents do have some 3D drawings in them and upon scrolling throught the document that is when the program will lock up.  I have use page cache unchecked, protected mode is off, and enhanced security is off.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

If the issue still occurs, share the sample PDF to replicate the behavior.

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.
