I am supporting a client using Azure Virtual Desktop and Acrobat Pro. Acrobat seems to be crashing when my client (CPA) is viewing large documents or leaving the document open and alone after a period of time.
I reinstalled Acrobat Pro using the cleaner tool.
What can I do to narrow down the issue?
I've enabled the option to Send Reports and done that.
Anyone have experience with Acrobat and using it in a virtual desktop environment?
I attached a sysinfo file for troubleshooting...
