Acrobat crop instructions arent very clear

Hello, I am trying to crop my PDF but the instructions I have found https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/acrobat/using/crop-pdf-pages.html aren't very clear and didn't work for me. Any help appreciated.

Hey there, the instructions in general didn't work. Surely there is an option that is a bit easier than those or something it seems really odd that acrobat has such a weird way of cropping.
