More than one month ago AdobeCareHelp proposed mas solution to have Acrobat Pro 2017 Perpetual License.
That seems a good solution for me but since that email from AdobeCareHelp nothing has happend.
AdobeCareHelp Can you please let me know where you are with that?

Thanks
Regards

Subject: Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 - Not Recognizing Activation

Good afternoon Adobe Care Help

In need your help, I have an Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 ( Serial :
1016160544276449047XXXXX )
perfectly working and perfectly covering all my needs.

Since my last Windows 10 re-install it is appearing a windown saying :

" The Serial number XXXXX is already sued on a maximum number of PC. To
use again Adobe Acrobat on this computer, you need to de-install on
another computer or insert another serial number valid "

The Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 is installed only on this PC and not on any
other PC.
I suspect that Adobe Server has record the previous installations i did,
without tracking the various Windows Re-installs done. ( as when i was
formatting the disk i was not un-installing Adobe Acrobat)
I there a way to overcome this problem ?

Otherwise I can ot use anymore my Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.

Thank you
Regards
Giuseppe

That is not a real email for Adobe. It is from @outlook.com. You have been scammed.

A bit more. Just to be clear, this is not only a fake message, it is full of lies. The Acrobat 2015 servers have not been shut down. If you contact the REAL Adobe they should be able to solve this.

The scammers were expecting you to reply, so they could take your money for the obsolete Acrobat 2017. I hope you did not reply with ANY personal info (e.g. Adobe password) or credit card, or give them access to your computer. That would be very unfortunate.

Adobe do NOT have an email for tech support, so all "Adobe support email" you seartch for are fake.

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html for info.

At the bottom right of that page is a chat icon. Start a chat and type AGENT for a human contact.

If you don't want to be contacted by scammers then you should also not publish your email address on public forums... I've removed it from your message above.
