Acrobat DC Action - Batch exporting pdf to jpeg produces low quality result

I need to batch process PDF several pdf's at the same time to convert to jpeg. When I setup my action to save several pdf's to jpeg, it results in fuzzy text.

How can I improve the quality of the resulting jpeg image? Image on left is original PDF, image on right is jpeg result after batch processing several files in Acrobat DC.
