Hi there,
i get this error on a daily basis: "subscription expired"
After clicking "activate", i get the error message: "no internet connection":
I tried signing in and out, tried a repair installation, none of this helped.
Sometimes closing acrobat helped to sign in on next start of acrobat.
Please help, this is annoying.

I wonder if a firewall is blocking the communication with Adobe. If there's anything more you can tell us about your system/network that might be blocking communication, let us know and we'll try to help.
My best,
Dave

Hi Dave!
Thanks for your quick and precise reply!
my system: updated win10 x64. Firewall is eset internet security, but problem persists when inactive, even when unistalled. Tried that already. But i would rule out the firewall as problem, because sometimes after closing an starting Acrobat again, it works. I just checked my firwall rules and log again: nothing is blocked.

The problem still persists since first post, but i arranged with it. Even after new system installation. The problem ist getting more annoying. A minute ago i tried to export a PDF to JPGs, i got a popup inside acrobat "to upgrade my DC". I clicked the button an got to this Webpage:
I says my installation is illegal and not original. Thanks for that!
