I need colleagues working from home to read and annotate single-PDFs. I can share one document with the group, but when I try to share a second one it crashes on send.

[Mac OS - running Catalina on a late-2013 27-inch iMac]

Anyone know a fix or workaround?

Hi Ben,

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

As per the given description, if I get this right, then you have been able to share one file for commenting successfully. However, application is crashing upon sharing the second one, is that right?

Since how long you have been experiencing this issue and does it happen when sharing a specific document or all?

Try the following steps and see if that helps:

1-Check with a different file.

2- Update your Acrobat DC to the latest version. Open Acrobat>help>Check for update

3-Change this preferences setting for testing and try again:

Navigate to Adobe Acrobat>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat

Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Thanks,

Akanchha
