Acrobat DC IE11 Requirement

Hello,

 

We removed IE11 from our enterprise environment in favor of Microsoft Edge, however we are now unable to install Acrobat DC for our users. When they are asked to log in they are presented with an error message that the browser or OS is out of date.

Is this functionality really hard coded to only use a single browser that is on track to be retired in less than a year?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when the users try to log-in they are presented with an error message that the browser or OS is out of date.

 

Please checkout the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html#fix-error  which talks about the similar issue/behaviour and see if the steps suggested there works for you.
