Also I have tried installation through the creative cloud
Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW003, DW071 ... -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 0 fatal error(s), 2 error(s) ----------- Payload: Adobe Acrobat DC 18.11.20055.0 Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe_18.011.20055 ----------- ERROR: DW071: ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe failed with exit code: 1603
I have used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, but neither of them worked.
I also tried to install it using another windows user, unfortunately it doesn't work.
I have not installed any Adobe product before, since this it a new computer. However, I guess the problem is when I first install the Acrobat, the computer screen went blue because of the electric instability.
I am so upset that I tried a lot of solutions but they did not work.
If someone can offer some help, I will be very pleased. Thank you so much!!!

Hi Meenakshi,
Thank you so much for your kindly help. However, I have tried thoes solutions before. After seeing your suggestion, I tried again. Unfortunately, I still can not install the Acrobat. Is there any other way I can try before I reinstall the Windows 11 system?
Looking forward for your reply. Thank you so much !

Sorry to hear that the suggestion didn't help.
You can try installing Acrobat from this page: https://adobe.ly/3ThBXOh. If that doesn't help, you can try reinstalling Windows.
If the issue still occurs, let us know.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
