Acrobat DC interface

So, I just finished rebuilding my Windows PC. Had a need to use Acrobat and discovered an entirely different interface. Things like to real menu, thumbnails on the right, tools gone, like so many changes I can't list them.

 

Does anyone know if there's a way to 1) change the workspace or, 2) simply downgrade to an earlier version. 

 

I truly dispise these changes.
