mein Acrobat DC lässt sich nciht mehr öffnen. Es geht auf und dann erscheint sofort eine Meldung

ich soll ein kostenloses 14 Tage Probe Abo beginnen. Ich habe aber ein Jahres Abo. Und wenn ich diese Nachricht weg klicken will, geht das Acrobatfenster zu.

Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben?

Please log out of the application and reboot the computer once and relogin with the same email that you have used to register with us for the Acrobat Pro DC application.

 

Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html and see if that helps.

Note: Steps are the same for Acrobat Pro.
