Acrobat DC no longer supports drag and drop conversion

I used to be able to go to create and get a pop-up where I could drag a word .docx file to it and it would convert to PDF - and if the Word file had fillable fields it would create a Fillable form pdf.  Now I get an error message that critical files are missing and to run the installer in Repair mode. Have done that several times and it still doesn't work. I can create a PDF from within Word - but the form fields go away when I do that.

After a nearly 1 hour chat session with Adobe support the conclusion was a recent MS Office update broke this. Uninstall Acrobat. Do a Repair on the Office Installation, Reinstalled Acrobat and it now works.
