Hi Guys I have CC, with Acrobat DC, v. 4.030.00119.

Over the last month or so, I have had problems in MS Outlook 365 when dragging and dropping an item, like an email into an open Outlook Task. Suddenly every time I do this, Outlook spontaneously closes. Over the last few days I also get an error message saying it's a problem with the Adobe Acrobat plug-in.

At the moment I have turned off the plug-in and I can drag and drop again. But, can anyone advise on how I can stop this happening when I have the plug-in running?

My OS specs are:

OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version 21H2 – Build 22000.795),

Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2123 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz,

Memory: 65536MB RAM,

Available OS Memory: 65148MB RAM,

Page File: 8774MB used, 121910MB available,

GPU: NVIDIA Quadro P6000 (v516.94),

Display Memory: 56998 MB,

Dedicated Memory: 24424 MB,

Shared Memory: 32574 MB.
