Are you installing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

 

And where did you download the installer from?

 

Do you have other Adobe Creative Cloud programs installed in the same computer? Are you installing Acrobat using the Creative Cloud desktop app?

 

Also, in which version of Microsoft Windows is this happening?
