acrobat DC sign in update required after windows 10 clean install

I have clean installed windows 10 after a hard drive failure and have installed DC 2015 but I'm unable to sign in to activate my current licence key. The message is "update required: Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system" however my OS and browsers are up to date. Can anyone please help?
