I have the cloud subscription in good standing, but when I open the Acrobat DC application, I am asked to activate a license, why ?! In addition when I try to download the installation utility a message appears, preventing me from being able to download it. In short, can you join me urgently, because the evaluation ends in 2 days? What is more, I keep having bugs and other crashes from indesign, especially when generating a PDF export or assembling a document without any apparent error (preflight + links OK). I specify that it arrives from different workstation, operating under windows 10 and 7. All this seriously harms my productivity, thank you for bringing me help as soon as possible.
