Acrobat DC - Update / downgrades

Community Beginner ,
Sep 05, 2024 Sep 05, 2024

My Computer just updated DC and where I used to be able hit F4 and the pages panel would pop up, it now pops up with comments, and I have to select pages every time.

Another annoying "upgrade" is usually if I had selected (for example) page 4, then hit the print button, it would default to printing the selected page(s). Now even though I only have one page selected, I have to select current page on the print menu or specify the page numbers I want to print, and it defaults to printing everything.

Is there a way to change these defaults?? If I didn't have to do this to every PDF all day long, it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but this is an issue 20+ times per day.

Hi @MommyRabbit,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for reporting this.

For the keyboard shortcut issue, I was able to reproduce this and escalated it to the dev teams for further investigation.

For the printer preferences, allow me some time to deep dive and see if I could find some concrete info around it.

Meanwhile, would you mind letting me know the printer you are using to print?

Is it a wired, LAN, wireless, or network printer?

Look forward to hearing from you.
