Acrobat Desktop has not been functioning properly for some time now. I installed the Acrobat Desktop available in my subscription plan through Creative Cloud Desktop, but it's not launching. I have tried reinstalling it multiple times, but it still refuses to run. I'm using Windows 10, but in the properties, it shows that it's set to Windows 8. It is built with Visual Studio 2019. What could be the problem?

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
