3. Warum lässt sich dieser Beitrag nicht versenden?

Hi @Alberto24780692icvi,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version of the application (2024.005.2039x) and let us know if the issue is fixed?

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.

Using Distiller to reduce the size of a PDF is not good practice.
Have you tried: File menu : Save as Other : Optimized PDF ?

Hi there,

thanks for responding!

Yes, we've tried reducing Pdf file sizes via optimization in the menue… but reduction is not as effective, as it used to be, when a few months back we used to do this with the help of the Distiller. The idea behind the minimising weight reduction was to make files as suitable for further processing as possible, like creating a flip magazine, which then was uploaded to our website. Dealing with the mediocre amount of reduction nowadays may lead to 'overloading' the website, but we seem to get by; and also a good thing now is that the Pdf quality is ofcourse much better…

Best regards,

Peter
