Acrobat Distiller XI missing

I just updated Adobe Acrobat XI Pro to version 11.0.19. After that, Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts are missing for Acrobat Distiller XI. Have they removed this from the latest version of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?
