Hello everyone,
I've been using Acrobat for over 10 years now, including at work.
After switching to the cloud license for two of our employees,
they are unable to combine PPTX files into a binder (in the explorer).
However, it works for the other two colleagues.
PPTX to PDF works also fine from Powerpoint
I've already read through several forums and tutorials – can anyone tell me what the problem is?
We use the current Acrobat cloud solution

Thank you for reaching out.
When you say Cloud License, please share the exact name of the service the user is using. Are you referring to the Acrobat PDF Pack services?
If the users use Acrobat Web to convert the PowerPoint file to a single PDF, please let us know what happens. Do they get an error message? If yes, share a screenshot of the message.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hello Meenakshi,
My colleagues use Acrobat Pro as a desktop application.
We're working with Windows 11. There are several PowerPoint files in a directory that we want to merge using the right mouse button.
The only error message is that Acrobat could not create the document

Thank you for the information.
Please let us know if the issue occurs when the files are saved in a particular location. It could be a permission-related issue. Try creating a few test PowerPoint files and saving them locally on the machine. See if you can merge them using the right-click option.
Please share the Acrobat version number currently in use. It would also be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the issue on your end.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

The files are located locally on the desktop. The program launches here, but no preview of the PPTX files appears. It begins converting, but afterward, each PPTX file is marked with an exclamation mark. At the end, a message appears: the PDF could not be created. I'll attach a screenshot shortly.
