BOUGHT THE MONTHLY PLAN BUT THE APPLICATION DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IT, AND SO I CANNOT EDIT OR MANIPULATE PDF FILES.
I TRY TO ACCESS MY CREATIVE CLOUD PROFILE BUT ONLY GET ERROR MESSAGES: "NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD YOUR PLANS", "SOMETHING IS WRONG, COME BACK LATER".
ALREADY RUN ALL FIXING SUGGESTIONS BY ADOBE BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. SHOULD I THEN CANCEL THE PLAN/SIGNATURE?
I AM USING FROM BRAZIL.
