Hi there,

We are sorry for the trouble.  As described you are not able to print the documents double side

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different file and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and make sure you have the latest version of the application 20.009.20067 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Also, please try to repair installation (For Windows Only) go to Help > Repair Installation.

The double-side printing is controlled by the printer driver and not bu Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Please try to check for any missing /pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating them.

You may also try to uninstall the printer driver and firmware, reboot the computer and reinstall them and see if that makes any difference.

For more information please refer to the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/print-double-sided-acrobat-reader.html

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
