My art and production department uses an Acrobat droplet for preflighting PDFs. Two of my designers just got brand new computers and the droplet will not open after it's been set up even after going into Privacy & Security settings and selecting "open anyway." I've also tried turning off Gatekeeper through the terminal and it still doesn't work. The droplet still works on my computer but it's not new (2021) and was set up over a year ago.
Does anyone have a fix for this? Or even a work-around?
