Acrobat Enbedded videos not working on windows player

Hi i enbeded an video over mac and the video didn´t response on web browser and windows acrobat Program.

You mean to say that the video embedded in a PDF file on Mac does not respond on the Windows machine when opened with Acrobat or a web browser.

There's likely a chance that the Acrobat's preferences are set accordingly, and that doesn't let you play the video. On the other hand, it could be the video wasn't attached to the PDF correctly on Mac.

Check the following settings and see if that helps:

1- Multimedia content that requires additional resources to play, such as an external player or plug-in, is considered “legacy” multimedia content. You can control the use of external players or plug-ins in the Multimedia Trust (Legacy) preferences.

Navigate to Acrobt> Ctrl+K open Preferences dialog>Multimedia legacy>select preferred media player.

and Multimedia Trust (Legacy)>Allow operation
