Acrobat Errors deleting the program

Reader will not open for me. So I went to delete the folder and it will not allow me to delete the program. Here is the message I get from Windows Installer: The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing installation package 'acroread.msi' in the box below.
It listes the source as C:\Appls\V2KM2\ and if I drop down it shows a source as C\ProgramFiles(x86)\Reader11.0\Setup Files\{AC76BA86-7AD7-FFFF-7B44-AB0000000001}\
I have have also tried to Change instead of Uninstall and I get the same error message.

You're not supposed to just delete a folder. There is a lot more to it, including registry entries, and application data in hidden directories.
Are you at least able to boot in Safe Mode and see if you're able to remove the program using the Control Panel, to uninstall programs?
The correct approach before you deleted anything, should've been to click on Help, and then Repair Installation.
And if that didn't work you should've use the Adobe Acrobat/Reader Cleanup and Repair Tool:

You can also try to repair by going to the source file as indicated in the error message. Howver that last part of the folder path is a registry key that IDs other Adobe Reader preferences throughout different registry hives.
Last, the Adobe Acrobat Reader Setup files are usually found in here:
C:\Users\yourUserAccountNameHere\AppData\Local\Adobe\Setup\{AC76BA86-7AD7-FFFF-7B44-AB0000000001}
So if you navigate to this folder you should see alk setup files listed there.
Be aware that the "AppData" directory is a hidden system folder. In order to access it, enable "View Hidden Files" in your File Explorer.
Double-clicking on AcroRead.msi will open up the setup program with an option to repair the installation. This is the same program that is invoked when you use the "Help-->> Repair Installation" method that is accessed through the file menu of your Acrobat Reader application.
Also note that in the error warning thrown by the Windows Installer program, it is referencing to an old version of Adobe Reader. It calls for version XI. And honestly the folder that it appears where it used to be installed, doesn't makes sense to me, unless that is a legitimate folder that you created and installed programs before in it.
If you had a previous version, you need to run the cleanup tool.
And if ther is some particular reason of why you can't or wont download and upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, then you need to use this link:

In which version of windows is this occuring?
Did you used to have Windows 7 and upgraded to Windows 10?
This path:
C:\Appls\V2KM2
doesn't make sense.
Where did you downloaded Acrobat Reader XI from?
That folder looks shady to me.
